Police looking for man who robbed First Niagara Bank

Pittsburgh police are looking for a man who robbed the First Niagara Bank in the 2000 block of Murray Avenue today.

Tellers said the suspect walked in at 12:40 p.m. and slipped a teller a note saying he had a gun. The teller retrieved money from the safe and gave it to him.

The suspect is described as white, 5-feet-5 and 160 pounds. He was wearing a brown coat, khaki pants, black gloves and brown tossel cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call the city robbery squad at 412-323-7151.
