Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority work closes Shadyside street

A Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority line-repair project has closed a section of Emerson Street in Shadyside.
The contractor will work until 5 p.m. today and from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
During those hours, only emergency vehicles will have access to the section of Emerson between Kentucky Avenue and Howe Street.
