The Pittsburgh police robbery squad is investigating a home invasion in the city's Allentown neighborhood.
Police spokeswoman Diane Richard said Zone 3 police responded to a house in the 300 block of Allen Street just after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Three white males in black hoodies, two with masks, went into the house while a couple -- a 52-year-old woman and 67-year-old man --was in the dining room.
The men tied the couple at knife-point with plastic restraints, she said.
The suspects ransacked the home and took $265, a Nintendo Wii game, several movies and the couple's cell phones. Ms. Richard said the robbers were looking for painkillers, money and jewelry.
Before leaving the home, one of the men cut the restraint off the woman and told her not to move for 30 seconds before getting her husband, who uses oxygen.
At some point, the suspects gave the man his oxygen tank, Ms. Richard said.
Medics responded but the couple was unharmed.
The city robbery squad is chasing some leads, Ms. Richard said, but has made no arrests.
