The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has postponed plans to close the northbound Portal Bridge and several other nearby highway ramps this weekend for resurfacing, citing the forecast of rain.
The department had planned to close six ramps from tonight through early Monday as part of a continuing $8.7 million project to improve about 26 ramps and road sections connecting Downtown and the interstate system.
