A paramedic and a former EMT for a McKees Rocks ambulance company testified Tuesday that former Pittsburgh Public Schools police Chief Robert Fadzen was profane, improperly identified himself and threatened to return with a warrant when he pulled them over last summer.

Both NorthWest EMS paramedic and Pitt senior Rahul Sidhu, 22, and Emma Shaul, 21, both of Oakland, said the chief was not in uniform that day and told them he was a city police officer. Their testimony marks the third day of a dismissal hearing at school district headquarters in Oakland.

Chief Fadzen was notified in November that he would be fired from his post after being suspended with pay in September.
