Man in custody accused of posting YouTube rap video that threatened Pittsburgh police

One of two East End men accused of posting a rap video on YouTube in which they threaten to kill specific Pittsburgh police officers who had arrested them previously is in custody pending a preliminary hearing next week.
Rashee Beasley, 20, of Garfield, turned himself in at the city court building on Tuesday night.
He had been wanted on an outstanding warrant on charges of witness intimidation, retaliation, terroristic threats and conspiracy.
The second man wanted in the case, Jamal Knox, 18, of East Liberty, remains at large.
The video names two officers who work at Zone 5 and references Richard Poplawski, who killed three officers from the Zone 5 station.
Mr. Beasley and Mr. Knox are also scheduled for trial in February on gun charges stemming from an arrest in April.
