One dead in Lincoln Place crash

One person is dead after a head-on collision Monday night in Pittsburgh's Lincoln Place neighborhood.

The Allegheny County medical examiner's officer has identified the man as Daniel Wolowski, 58. He was from Pittsburgh, but it was not immediately clear what neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:15 p.m.

Two vehicles collided at about 11:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mifflin Road, according to the medical examiner's office.

One other person suffered a broken leg, Zone 4 police said.

Information about other possible injuries was not available immediately.
