National Weather Service issues flood advisory for Ohio River

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for the Ohio River in Allegheny County until Thursday night.
The river is expected to crest near 18-feet around mid-day Thursday at The Point; the flood stage is 25 feet, according to the National Weather Service.
