Mon Wharf to stay closed Monday

The Monongahela Wharf will remain closed on Monday, even though floodwaters have receded.
The Pittsburgh Parking Authority said it has begun cleanup of heavy mud and debris but the cold weather has slowed the process. It expects to have part of the facility open for parking on Tuesday.
