Mon Incline to re-open Sunday morning

The Mon Incline is scheduled to resume regular service on Sunday morning after being closed since late Friday night.

The incline cars stopped abruptly in the lower and upper stations late Friday night, prompting Port Authority to halt operations and review the system. Tests today of the incline's operational system showed no problems, said Port Authority spokesman Jim Ritchie.
