Meeting set tonight on new Larimer homes

City Councilman Ricky Burgess is holding a public meeting to discuss the design of 53 new proposed homes in Larimer at 6 p.m. today at the Mount Ararat Baptist Church, 271 Paulson Ave.

Representatives from the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the developer, KBK Enterprises, will also be on hand.

KBK wants to use $10 million from the state to build 40 homes with rents from $600 to $900 a month and 10 to 12 market-rate rentals.
