Medical examiner ID's body in West End

The Allegheny County medical examiner's office has identified the woman whose body was found in the West End over the weekend.
Stephanie Iooss, 58, of Westwood, was found Sunday on a set of steps near Noblestown Road.
The medical examiner's office is awaiting the results of toxicology tests before releasing the cause and manner of death.
Officials at the medical examiner's office said Sunday that her death appeared to have stemmed from natural causes.
