Man shot in Hill District confrontation

A man was shot in the leg and back during a confrontation in the Hill District Thursday night.
Pittsburgh police said three men were fighting on Iowa Street shortly before the shooting, which was reported at 9:20 p.m. The man was shot in the leg and back and is expected to survive his injuries.
It was unclear whether anyone had been arrested.
Detectives in the city's Zone 2 station continue to investigate.
