Lane restrictions possible on Boulevard of Allies

Drain cleaning and repairs may cause lane closures Downtown on the Boulevard of the Allies and on Second Avenue and Ross Street beneath the boulevard from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.
