Inbound Route 28 restricted to one lane nightly this week

Inbound traffic on Route 28 will be restricted to one lane from the 40th Street Bridge to East Ohio Street starting at 8 p.m. today through Friday, with work wrapping up by 5 a.m. daily. Brief traffic stoppages also are possible in both directions.
