Inbound Parkway East closed at 'bathtub' tonight

The inbound Parkway East will be closed from Grant Street to Stanwix Street for additional work in the "bathtub" section from 9 p.m. today to 5 a.m. Wednesday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.
