Fifth Avenue reopens in Point Breeze after broken water main

The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority has repaired a water-main break in Point Breeze and reopened stretches of Fifth Avenue and Simonton Street.
This morning, the authority had closed the outbound lanes of Fifth between McPherson Boulevard and Simonton and the stretch of Simonton between Fifth Avenue and North Dallas Avenue.
