Allentown man ordered to stand trial in fatal shooting

An Allentown man will stand trial for fatally shooting a Beltzhoover man in August.
Deshawn Nelson, 19, was held for court Friday during a preliminary hearing in City Court, Downtown.
Police said Mr. Nelson shot Daimond Hill, 19, of Curtin Avenue, on Aug. 26.
The arrest was made based on a witness statement that a gun-wielding Mr. Nelson was seen running from Mr. Hill's home after the victim left the house and was shot.
