CapCon 197's (click on second image to see the cartoon) use of the multi-faceted Guy Fawkes mask brought a bevy of devilish entries, the best of which made Dave Matta of Shadyside one of our rare 2012 multi-CapCon champions. The unusual office visitor in CapCon 198 offers the penultimate chance for someone else to become a repeat winner this year, but the judges also hope to review entries from plenty of newcomers.

Please include name and address and identify your municipality or city neighborhood. Deadline: Dec. 3.
