New Kensington police have told agencies in surrounding communities to be on the look out for a pair of gunmen who robbed a bank this afternoon.

The men, described as wearing masks and hooded sweatshirts, robbed the First National Bank on Tarentum Bridge Road about 3:45 p.m. and then fled in a silver sedan, Westmoreland County emergency dispatchers said.

No one was hurt in the robbery, but the men made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
