Times, dates set for Steelers preseason schedule

The Steelers will open their exhibition season at home on Aug. 14 and finish at Heinz Field on Sept. 2 as dates and times were attached to the four games that were announced last week.
They open the preseason on a Saturday against Detroit at 7:30 p.m. at Heinz Field, take to the road to play the New York Giants in their new stadium Saturday Aug. 21 at 7 p.m. and at Denver Sunday Aug. 29 at 8 p.m.
The preseason concludes at Heinz Field Thursday Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. against Carolina.
