Teammates name receiver Brown as Steelers' MVP
The rise this season of second-year wide receiver Antonio Brown took hold in November when he became a starter and culminated today when his teammates voted him the Steelers' most valuable player.
His election came as a surprise to many even though Brown set a team record for all-purpose yards and was voted to the Pro Bowl this week as a return man.
The Steelers drafted Brown in the sixth round of the 2010 draft from Central Michigan University.
