Steelers quarterback Byron Leftwich taken to hospital

Steelers quarterback Byron Leftwich was taken to a hospital tonight after an injury to his left knee in the second quarter of their game against Carolina at Heinz Field.

Leftwich was to undergo an MRI on the knee to determine the extent of the injury.
