DALLAS -- Penn State's search for a new football coach has created a flurry of new activity.
Sources told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Saturday that Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Tom Clements will be interviewed this week in person, and interim coach Tom Bradley will get a second interview.
Also, Tennessee Titans coach Mike Munchak, a former Penn State player, is having second thoughts with the concept he can "fix and make right" his alma mater, according to an ESPN report.
The Post-Gazette reported Wednesday that Munchak, 51, had been targeted by a Penn State search committee and was its top choice, but he issued a strong denial that day, saying he was not interested.
A source has since told the Post-Gazette that Munchak had previously talked to a few former teammates about possibly being assistants if he took the Penn State job.
Clements, 58, a McKees Rocks native, already has been interviewed by Penn State via conference call and Skype. Bradley, 55, was first interviewed Dec. 16 for the Penn State vacancy.
