Police search for suspect in fatal Mount Oliver stabbing

Allegheny County and Mount Oliver police are looking for a man named Donald Finnegan for the fatal stabbing of a South Side man this morning.
Police responded to 120 Amanda St. in Mount Oliver at 5:30 a.m. morning after the victim, 31-year-old Kevin Hill, was stabbed in the neck so deeply that the wound extended into his chest, according to the county medical examiner's office.
Mr. Hill was taken to UPMC Mercy but died of his wounds at 5:56 a.m., medical examiners said.
An investigation by the Allegheny County Police homicide unit showed that the victim had been stabbed by Mr. Finnegan, 26, according to county police.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Mr. Finnegan, who should be considered armed and dangerous, according to county police.
