Pirates game in Washington postponed

WASHINGTON -- The Pirates' game against the Washington Nationals today has been postponed.

No makeup date has been announced.

The forecast in Washington, D.C. calls for thunderstorms throughout the day. Today's game was scheduled for 1:05 p.m.

Charlie Morton was scheduled to start for the Pirates. They next play Wednesday in Cincinnati.
