MILWAUKEE, Wi. -- Pirates first baseman Derrek Lee has a fractured bone in his left wrist and was placed on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to Aug. 10.

Lee has been limited with a sore hand since Aug. 3rd when he was hit by a pitch by Cubs pitcher Carlos Marmol and yesterday had a CT Scan which revealed the fracture.

In order to fill Lee's spot on the 25-man active roster, the Pirates recalled infielder Josh Harrison from Class AAA Indianapolis.
