Pirates demote Bullington after two idle weeks

The Pirates optioned pitcher Bryan Bullington back to Class AAA Indianapolis after he sat idle since his recall May 29.
He was 3-6 with a 5.68 ERA with Indianapolis and will rejoin the rotation there.
A corresponding move will come tomorrow, and that is expected to be the recall of reliever Marino Salas.
