UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The injury bug continues to plague Penn State this spring.
A source said today that wide receiver Derek Moye suffered a concussion in practice this week.
He is expected to miss the rest of spring drills, which conclude April 16 with the Blue-White spring game.
A fifth-year senior from Rochester High School, Moye is entering his third season as a starter for the Nittany Lions this fall.
He is Penn State's best receiver and go-to guy. He was an honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference pick a year ago after leading Penn State in catches (53), yards (885) and touchdowns (eight).
Approximately 18 players are limited or sitting out spring practice with injuries.
