UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State outside linebacker Navorro Bowman will miss tomorrow's game against Syracuse at Beaver Stadium, a source said today.
Bowman, a first-team All-Big Ten Conference linebacker and the Nittany Lions' top tackler in 2008, re-aggravated a groin injury on the second series of last week's non-conference opener against Akron and did not return.
Bowman, a redshirt junior, will be replaced in the starting lineup by redshirt sophomore Nathan Stupar. He finished with a team-high 12 tackles and one sack against the Zips after taking over for Bowman.
