WASHINGTON -- The Penguins, combining air and bus travel, made it to Washington about 2 a.m. today after playing Saturday afternoon in Montreal.
Because of the snowstorm that dumped about two feet of snow on this area, there had been some doubt about the status of today's noon game against the Washington Capitals at the Verizon Center. That game will be NBC's weekly NHL telecast.
