Pa. driver's license and photo centers to reopen tomorrow

All services at PennDOT Driver License and Photo Centers across the state will resume during regular business hours on Thursday.

The driver's license and photo centers were unable to issue license, identification cards or takke photos Wednesday afternoon after a fiber optic line was cut by a contractor working near one of PennDOT's facilities.

Knowledge and on-the-road skills tests continued to be administered at all locations.

Normal services are expected to resume Thursday.
