Motorcyclist killed in Mercer County

A motorcyclist was killed this morning after failing to negotiate a curve in Greene, Mercer County.
State police reported that the rider, whose name is not yet available, struck a billboard post after sliding 180 feet off State Route 58.
The Mercer County coroner pronounced the rider dead at 6:39 a.m. Police said the rider was not wearing a helmet.
