Mayor shovels to pay off Super Bowl bet

PG VIDEO: MAYOR MAKES GOOD ON BET

Mayor Luke Ravenstahl today fulfilled his Super Bowl XLV bet made with Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt.

Mr. Ravenstahl shoveled the walkway of St. Rosalia Parish, the Greenfield church of Pittsburgh-born Packers Coach Mike McCarthy's parents, Joe and Ellen.

Immediately after, the mayorhung the Green Bay flag on the City-County Building portico. As part of the wager, the flag will remain there for one day.
