Man gets prison for videotaping women at tanning salon

A man who pleaded guilty to hundreds of criminal charges for secretly videotaping women in an East Huntingdon tanning salon was sentenced today to seven to 20 years in prison.
Jesse Macklin, 29, was charged with videotaping at least 20 women and girls at the Sunkissed Tanning and Spa in East Huntingdon since 2006.
In lawsuits filed against the salon, several women have claimed that they were filmed through a hole in the ceiling after they disrobed to use a tanning bed. Police said he posted the videos on pornography websites.
In November, Mr. Macklin pleaded guilty to more than 200 charges, including child pornography, disseminating photographs of child sex acts, burglary and invasion of privacy.
