Pittsburgh police have charged a homeless man with burglarizing nine homes and trying to break into seven more in the Bloomfield and Friendship neighborhoods this month.
Tony Montgomery, 27, is awaiting arraignment on numerous counts of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and other offenses stemming from the crimes, which police said started Jan. 14.
