Fort Pitt Tunnel accident snarls traffic

A two-car accident occurred in the outbound lane of the Fort Pitt Tunnel shortly before 7:30 p.m. tonight, causing major traffic delays, police said.
No injuries were reported, and the scene was cleared shortly before 8 p.m.
There may be some residual traffic delays following the accident, police said.
