Flight attendant, told clothes weren't sexy enough, sues

An Upper St. Clair flight attendant is suing JetBlue Airways, claiming she was refused passage on a flight because she wasn't dressed provocatively enough.
Karin Keegan, who has worked for Delta Airlines since July 2000, traveled to and from work on JetBlue pursuant to an interairline agreement. However, when Ms. Keegan tried to board a JetBlue plane on Oct. 10, 2007, an agent for the airline denied her access, claiming she wasn't dressed appropriately.
The lawsuit, filed in federal court in the Western District of Pennsylvania, says that the agent then allowed other flight attendants with less seniority to board because they were more provocatively dressed.
The complaint goes on that Ms. Keegan then went and changed into more provocative clothing but was told by the gate agent she was "too late to board the plane and [that she] should have dressed like that before."
Ms. Keegan then complained to a JetBlue supervisor, the lawsuit says, who told her "JetBlue could deny boarding for any reason it wanted."
The complaint names both JetBlue and Delta Airlines. Ms. Keegan is suing for sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment and because she claims Delta failed to remedy the situation.
She is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages.
