Fire rekindles at Fayette County church

Firefighters were back at the scene of a Fayette County church that caught fire Monday night after the fire rekindled this morning.
The Mill Run United Methodist Church, located in the 700 block of Mill Run Road in Springfield, caught fire shortly before midnight Monday. More than a dozen fire companies were summoned to the scene to battle that blaze.
The fire restarted at around 6:42 a.m. It was unclear if it had been extinguished this morning.
