A former pizza delivery man was arrested today on charges that he secretly photographed two young boys while they were using the bathroom in a Mt. Lebanon pizza shop.

Police said Andrew Dahmen, 22, of Mt. Lebanon, was working as a delivery man at Mineo's Pizza House on Washington Road on Jan. 2 when officers received a call from a man who said he walked into the shop's restroom and found Mr. Dahmen using a cell phone to photograph his 5-year-old son, who was using a urinal.

Over the next few weeks, officers searched through Mr. Dahmen's cell phone, flash drive and computer. They found a photo of another young boy using the pizza shop's urinal, as well as a photo and a video of other, prepubescent boys "engaged in sexual acts," said Mt. Lebanon Lt. Aaron Lauth. The photo and video containing images of sexual acts did not appear to have been shot by Mr. Dahmen, the lieutenant said.

The FBI and the U.S. attorney's Office are assisting with the investigation.

Mr. Dahmen confessed to taking one of the pizza shop photos, saying he had "uncontrollable urges for young boys," Lt. Lauth said.

Mr. Dahmen was released today on $250,000 unsecured bond on charges of child pornography, invasion of privacy, tampering with evidence and other crimes. An attorney representing him could not immediately be reached for comment.
