Vice President Joe Biden will deliver the keynote remarks at the Allegheny County Democratic Committee's annual Kennedy Lawrence Dinner on Oct. 19.

The event will be held in the East Club Lounge at Heinz Field.

The committee said Mr. Biden is coming at the request of Sen. Arlen Specter.
