Another water main break repaired in W. Mifflin

Another water line in the West Mifflin area developed a leak last night, but this time Pennsylvania American Water Co. reports that it was able to make repairs quickly.
The leak was in a 6-inch main on Brierly Lane on the West Mifflin-Munhall border.
The water company said disruption was minimal and crews were able to make repairs quickly. Most water service was to have been restored by 6 a.m.
The break was in the same area plagued by recent line breaks and service disruptions that caused schools to cancel classes.
