WashArts celebrated its 10th anniversary and "The Spirit of the Next Generation" Friday in the new WashArts studio in Washington, Pa. Guests, including founder/president Sandee Umbach, director Jennifer Luta and U.S. Rep. Tim Murphy, enjoyed art, music and gourmet dinner stations.
