University of Pittsburgh celebrates Black History Month

The University of Pittsburgh celebrated Black History Month Tuesday with a reception and program focused on "From Slavery to Freedom: Pittsburgh and the Underground Railroad" exhibit at the Sen. John Heinz History Center.
