It is the 30th anniversary of the Veterans Leadership Program of Western Pennsylvania. Guests celebrated Thursday with the Tribute to Veterans Partners in Leadership Awards at the Carnegie Music Hall. Mingling with National Defense Service Leader of the Year Dr. William Winkenwerder Jr. was event chair Glen Meakem and many others.
