The Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund of Western Pennsylvania held its 22nd Annual High School Scholarship Awards Luncheon Saturday at LeMont Restaurant. The keynote speech was given by Dr. Raymond Wynn of UPMC Cancer Center's Radiation Oncology Network. Chauncey Smith chaired the luncheon.
