The ultimate multitasker, Eric Shiner greeted guests who came to celebrate the opening of "Regarding Warhol: 60 Artists, 50 years." As director of The Andy Warhol Museum, he also curated the show which drew nearly 400 guests and artists to the VIP reception and opening party Saturday night.
The first thing to catch the eye was a stack of Brillo boxes in the museum's entrance designed by Charles Lutz. His work was in the company of Jeff Koons, Cindy Sherman, Tom Sachs and many other major artists who were influenced by Warhol.
Donna Peterman chaired the earlier VIP reception for PNC employees. Among those roaming the floors and taking in the show were Marijo Crowe, Kathy Dax, Paul and Joanna Fitting, Randolph Medwid, Eric Mendelson, Fred Neumeyer, Alfred Blumstein, Joann Aurand and Kara Getkin.
