Monday night the line of more than 1,600 guests waiting to get into Pittsburgh Magazine's 22nd annual Best Restaurants Party was nearly as long as Heinz Field. The event, held in Heinz Field's Club East Lounge, is a feast for every palette. Participating restaurants ranged from Mineo's Pizza House, which was voted best by the popular vote, to Salt of the Earth, winner of both best new restaurant and Chef of the Year for Kevin Sousa. Spoon's Brian Pekarcik was named Rising Star Chef.
