The grand ballroom at the Omni William Penn was the setting for the Pittsburgh Child Guidance Foundation's 10th anniversary celebration Thursday. "Changing Lives, Changing Systems: A Decade of Advocating for Children and Families of Prisoners," featured speakers Judge Donna Jo McDaniel, county executive Rich Fitzgerald, Charlotte Brown and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections' John E. Wetzel.
