More than 400 came to the American Eagle Outfitters headquarters at SouthSide Works for the Pittsburgh Glass Center's Art on Fire auction and party Friday night. Nitrogen-infused vodka and watermelon sorbets, milkshakes of every description, pizza, tacos and barbecue had everyone fired up for the bidding both live and silent. Dante Marioni's Acorn went for $7,900 during the live auction. Chairing the benefit were Lara Bentz (with Michael) and her mother Kathe Patrinos (with Jim). Sizing up the offerings were Prentiss and Lulu Orr (they donated the Boyd & Blair vodka), Wally and Marshall Katz, Amy and Ira Morgan, Randi and Van Dauler, Laurie Moser, Tricia and Bill Kassling and board president Anne Chen.
